As a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania, I also provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. As a therapist, I believe that learning about and valuing each person in his or her environment is critical to identifying the most effective strategies for support. I am a child-centered ad family-centered professional who operates from a wellness perspective and believes in a solution-based approach to promoting positive growth and change.
In my practice, I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and behavior and attention issues. I have experiences from a variety of different places - school districts, college counseling centers, private practice, and educational research companies. This combination gives me a broadened perspective on how to best advocate for individuals and affords me the knowledge from a variety of different perspectives. I have received training at The University of Pennsylvania’s College Counseling Center and The Children’s Crisis Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA, am trained to serve as an expert witness in child welfare matters, and have served as a consultant with the Educational Testing Services and Consortium for Policy Research in Education.
